Referral Program Terms & Conditions
Read the guidelines and requirements for participating
in the Lend Brokers Referral Program.
1. General
Lend Brokers (“LB”, “we”, “us”) operates a referral program (“Program”) under these terms and conditions. We may amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice. Participation in the Program means you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not participate.
2. Eligibility & Participation
- Participants (“Referrers”) must be at least 18 years old.
- The Program is not directed to persons under 18 years of age.
- To refer, you must submit your details and the details of the person or business you are referring (“Referee”) via the referral form at lendbrokers.com.au/referral.
- By submitting the Referee’s details, you confirm you have their consent to provide their name, email, phone, and business information.
- You may not refer yourself, create fake accounts, or use false identities.
3. Reward
- The reward is a $500 AUD VISA or Mastercard debit card, issued as a thank-you for a successful referral.
- The reward will be provided within 31 days after the Referee’s loan facility is approved and settled.
- Rewards are issued at our sole discretion and may be withheld if:
- The referral is fraudulent or incomplete.
- The loan is not approved or does not settle.
- The referral does not meet the Program’s eligibility criteria.
- The reward is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to Australian gift card laws (see Section 6).
4. Program Modification & Disqualification
- We may modify, suspend or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.
- We may disqualify any Referrer for breach of these Terms, misuse of the Program, or non-compliance with applicable laws.
5. Referral Selling Compliance
- This Program complies with NSW Fair Trading and Australian Consumer Law.
- The reward is provided only after a successful loan settlement and does not depend on the Referee being required or pressured to make a purchase.
- Referrers must not engage in any misleading, coercive, or aggressive referral practices.
6. Gift Card / Voucher Compliance
- Gift cards offered under this Program will comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and NSW Fair Trading requirements.
- Gift cards must be valid for a minimum of three years from the date of issue or clearly state “no expiry”.
- No post-supply fees (such as account or inactivity fees) are permitted.
- The expiry date and conditions will be clearly displayed on the card.
7. Privacy & Use of Information
- All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We may use the Referrer’s and Referee’s details to manage the referral process and for follow-up communications.
- Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties without consent.
8. Liability & Disputes
- To the extent permitted by law, Lend Brokers is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of participation in the Program.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of NSW.
